what traces remain
What traces remain after entering a space? Traces can be physically, intangible or even invisible. They occur the moment you get in touch with your surrounding, with yourself and others.
How do you get into communication with the space and the surrounding? What traces do you leave there?
In interaction words are often put first. But communication is much more. Communication is the short moment when you leave your own space to get in touch with the other to create a new space together. Communication means to take action and get into connection. Communication starts with the trust in each other and the silence. In the silence you can start to listen to each other and embrace the new space with all the senses.
To explore the playful ease of the nonverbal communication opens up the vast possibilities of engaging with a new place or strangers. It raises the awareness on the traces we might leave behind. And leads us to the question of what traces do you want to leave behind? What remains after you have left the physical space?
